I wanted to make this video for the graduates of our residential program, and let you know that we’re starting an intensive outpatient program and an outpatient program here at the facility.
This will allow people that live in the area who attend our residential program to step down from residential to the intensive outpatient or outpatient program. We can also provide options for more local people to participate in our non-12 step program.
We want to offer more flexibility.
Greater flexibility enables us to deliver Gulf Breeze Recovery’s unique program to more people.
The intensive outpatient program allows us to help more people, using the same non-12 step program performed in the residential setting. Typically three nights a week, for a recommended 12 week period, some of the IOP Features include:
One on one therapy
Family counseling
Course room and speakers
Nutrition education and counseling
People can sign up for as long as they wish. It’s very flexible and that’s the beauty of it.Most people think of outpatient treatment as a group setting, where people sit in a circle, and bare their soul. Our graduates know better. Our group settings help lay down the principles that get to the core, underlying cause of the addiction, or problem with alcohol, and helps correct the misunderstanding at the source.
I wanted to keep our graduates in the “loop.” There will be more to come and looking forward to telling you about it when the time comes.
